Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk-ins are always welcome! Visit us anytime—if there’s a short wait, you can easily add your name to our waitlist and enjoy browsing the unique gifts and permanent jewelry at The Greenville Spark.
How old do you have to be?
In order to comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission you must be 13 years or older.
What if I need to take off my chain for medical reasons?
If you need to remove your chain for any reason do not fret! Simply cut it off at the jump ring and save the chain, then when you are ready we are happy to re-weld it back on for you.
What kind of jewelry do you offer?
We do rings, bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
What if my welded jewelry breaks?
We ensure the integrity of our weld before you leave the chair. However, permanent does not mean invincible and things do happen! If you need to remove your welded jewelry or if it comes off for any reason, you are welcome to bring it (IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM) to us and we will happily re-weld your piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
- TGS is carrying and recommending Shinery to clean all of your jewelry
- Avoid lotions and perfumes
- Be mindful when taking off sweaters or hair ties
- Wash with mild soap and dry carefully
- Use polishing cloth as needed
